Kat is a registered dental hygienist and a myofunctional therapist from Nebraska! She became passionate about helping people with jaw pain after her own TMJD and tongue tie release journey.

Kat's hobbies include spending time outdoors with her family. She has a daughter, a golden retriever named Boone, and two cats.

 

She held the title "best aunt ever" long before she became a mom. She has 6 nieces and 2 nephews and loves attending their sporting events and activities in her spare time.
